Honest work. Real software. Built with care. Shipped on time.

I'm Mike. I build websites and mobile apps for founders and small business owners. Whether you've got it all figured out or you're still piecing it together, I'd love to hear what you're working on.

Working together

How we'll work together.

Most of my projects start with a friendly call. We figure out what you're trying to make, what's realistic for the timeline, and whether I'm the right person for it. If we move forward, here's what working together looks like.

Care in the work. Care in the conversation.

  1. I

    Day 0

    First chat

We start with a 30-minute call. Tell me about what you're making, what's been tricky about it, and what you'd love to see in three months. No deck, no slides, just a real conversation. If we're not a fit, I'll happily point you to someone who is.

  2. II

    Day 1

    Brief and estimate

Within twenty-four hours of our call, you'll have a written scope, a timeline, and a fixed price. If anything looks off, we'll talk through it before we start. Real numbers, no surprises.

  3. III

    Weeks 1–N

    Build

Design and dev happen together. You'll see real working software inside the first week. I'll send Loom updates as often as you like, daily or weekly, and I'm easy to reach for anything in between.

  4. IV

    Final + 30

    Ship + stay close

Launch, walk you through how everything works, and stick around for thirty days after to handle anything that comes up. I'll still be here when you have questions next year too.

Questions you might have.

If yours isn’t here, send it over and I’ll answer the same day.

Who owns the code I'm paying you to build?

You do. Once we're squared away, all the source code, designs, and assets are 100% yours. The only thing I keep is the right to mention I worked on it (and only if that's okay with you).

Will you sign an NDA?

Happy to. Send yours over, or I can share a simple one-page mutual NDA. Either way, what we talk about stays between us.

What if we go over budget or scope?

I quote fixed prices on a fixed scope, so the number we agree on is the number you pay. If you want to add something mid-build, we'll chat about it and I'll give you a clear estimate before any extra work starts. And if I underestimated to begin with, that's on me, the original price still holds.

Do you do the design too, or do I bring designs?

Either works! I usually design and build together since it tends to be faster and more cohesive. If you've already got a designer or brand guidelines, I'll happily work with what you have.

What are your payment terms?

Usually 50% up front, 50% on launch. For longer projects we can split the back half into milestone payments, whatever works for your cash flow. Stripe handles the invoices: card, ACH, or wire.

What if I'm not happy with something?

Please tell me as soon as you can! I share work weekly so we can catch anything early, while it's still easy to change. If we get to launch and something still isn't right, fixes during the 30-day support window are on me.

What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?

That's totally fine, and pretty normal. Bring me whatever you've got, a rough idea, a sketch, a pile of screenshots. We'll figure out the shape of it together on the first call.

Get in touch

— Let’s talk —

Let’s make something good together.

Tell me what you’re working on, when you’d like to launch, and the rough budget. Even if it’s still just an idea, I’d love to hear about it. I’ll get back within one business day, and if we’re not the right fit I’ll gladly point you to someone who is.

Booking new projects for the next few weeks. Most engagements run $3k–$20k.
